1. General Terms

By purchasing or downloading any product from DigiTechPak, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes, as long as the product is used in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement.

  • License Grant: The product is licensed to you for use on a single website unless specified otherwise.
  • Usage: You are allowed to use our products for personal projects, professional purposes, or for commercial websites.
  • Modification: You are permitted to modify our products, such as customizing themes or plugins, to suit your specific needs, but you may not resell or redistribute the product.

2. Product-Specific License Terms

Plugin License Terms

Our plugins are sold on a per-site basis. This means:

  • You can install and use the plugin on one website per license.
  • For each additional website, you need to purchase an additional license.
  • The plugin is licensed for use only by the buyer and cannot be transferred or resold.

Theme License Terms

Our themes are licensed for single-site use per purchase. You may use the theme on additional websites, but you must buy a new license for each new domain.

  • The theme is customizable and can be modified for your site’s needs.
  • Redistribution or resale of the theme is prohibited.

Tool License Terms

Our online tools, including ASCII converters and similar products, are licensed for use based on the terms specified at the time of purchase. They can be used on a personal or commercial basis, but may not be resold or redistributed.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Since DigiTechPak products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are committed to providing customer satisfaction and will assist with any technical issues or concerns related to your purchase.

Refund Exceptions:

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged but did not receive the product due to a technical issue.
  • If the file you received is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version.

4. License Termination

Your license can be terminated if:

  • You breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
  • The product is used in a manner that violates copyright laws or any other legal terms.
  • You fail to adhere to our refund policy or other terms of service.

5. Support & Maintenance

We offer one year of support and product updates for all of our products from the date of purchase. After this period, you may continue using the product, but updates and support may not be available unless a new support contract is purchased.

6. Ownership & Copyright

All products sold by DigiTechPak remain the intellectual property of DigiTechPak. We retain full ownership of all products, including the code, design, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described, but the ownership remains with us.

7. Modifications to License Agreement

DigiTechPak reserves the right to update or modify the License Agreement at any time. All modifications will be posted on this page, and any changes will apply to purchases made after the modification date.

8. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. How to Access Your License Key

After purchasing any of our products, you will receive a unique license key:

  • The license key will be sent to your registered email.
  • It will also be available in your account dashboard under “My Orders.”
  • For some products, the license key may be included in a text file within the product zip download.

10. Important Notes:

  • No Resale: You cannot resell, lease, or distribute any of our products to third parties without express written permission from DigiTechPak.
  • Unauthorized Use: Using our products for illegal activities or violating the terms of this license will result in the immediate termination of your license.

11. By Using Our Products, You Agree to the Following Terms:

  • All products are provided on an “as is” basis.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility between the product and your platform.
  • You may not transfer or sublicense any product to another person or entity.
