    De-fi platform Drift suspends deposits and withdrawals after tens of millions in crypto stolen in hack

    Decentralized finance firm Drift says it has suspended withdrawals and deposits after confirming a safety incident. 

    The crypto platform stated in a post on X that it was “experiencing an energetic assault,” and that it was working to “comprise the incident.”

    Safety researchers and public blockchain knowledge recommend the losses could possibly be vital. Blockchain safety agency CertiK said on X that hackers could have stolen round $136 million, whereas crypto analytics agency Arkham put the determine at around $285 million stolen.
