**The $4 Billion Valuation That’s Sending Shivers Down the Spines of the Tech World: Meet Ricursive Intelligence**

I’m still reeling from the news – Ricursive Intelligence, the startup that’s been flying under the radar for just two short months, has just landed a whopping $300 million in Series A funding at a valuation of a cool $4 billion. Yes, you read that right – $4 billion! And this is on the heels of its seed funding in July, which brought in a respectable $35 million.

The brains behind this brainchild are none other than former Google researchers Anna Goldie and Azalia Mirhoseini, who’ve been quietly working on a revolutionary new approach to designing and enhancing AI chips. Their system, which they call AlphaChip, uses reinforcement learning to create its own silicon substrate layer and accelerate AI chip enhancements – and has already been used in four generations of Google’s TPU chip. Mind. Blown.

According to reports, the funding round was led by Lightspeed, with other notable investors like DST Global, Nvidia’s venture capital arm NVentures, Felicis Ventures, 49 Palms Ventures, and Radical AI also throwing their weight behind the startup. And let’s not forget the icing on the cake – this is just the beginning of their journey, with the ultimate goal of achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).

Now, I know what you’re thinking – $4 billion is a lot to take in, especially for a startup that’s still in its early days. But trust me, this isn’t some flash in the pan. Ricursive is part of a growing pack of startups, including Recursive and Naveen Rao’s Unconventional AI, all working towards revolutionizing the AI chip design and manufacturing space. It’s going to be an exciting ride, and I’m sure we’ll be keeping a close eye on these innovators.

If you’re as fascinated by the endless possibilities of AI as I am, you won’t want to miss our upcoming TechCrunch gathering in San Francisco on October 13-15, 2026. It’s shaping up to be the place to be for tech enthusiasts and industry leaders alike.

Stay tuned for more updates on Ricursive and the AI revolution that’s changing the game!
