The CPSC experiences that Peloton has obtained three complaints associated to the problem, together with two incidents through which customers have been injured.
The affected Bike+ models have been offered between January 2020 and April 2025. The CPSC is warning Peloton customers to “instantly cease utilizing the recalled train bikes.”
“The integrity of our merchandise and our Members’ well-being are our prime priorities,” Peloton spokesperson Stephanie Tackach stated in an emailed assertion to TechCrunch. “We’re taking this chance to make alternative seat posts accessible to all affected Bike+ customers and we encourage them to contact us to obtain the redesigned seat submit as quickly as attainable.”
